I spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the International Quilt Festival in Chicago. I can't even begin to explain what talent, imagination and workmanship I saw at the festival. The quilts are just outstanding. I spent way to much money at the vendors booths. I am glad the festival is only once a year here in Chicago.
My sons second knee surgery is in the morning and I have a heavy heart. I am going to take some Quilt magazines with me so I have something to keep my mind from going crazy.
