It is 11:04pm Tuesday Chicagoland time and I just got home from the hospital. Last night at 7:00pm I got a call from the doctor's office to go to the Emergency Room ASAP because my blood test taken earlier in the day showed my counts were dangerously low. I tried to talk the doctor out of me going to the hospital but she said no way. Once at the hospital I was taken right away because the doctor had called and said I was on my way. As soon as I said I was still having chest pains and was in the hospital only two weeks ago for my second angioplasty and two stents I was rushed off for an EKG, full blood workup including cardiac enzymes. Still had low blood counts, EKG showed slight changes and enzymes are OK ( I did not have any new heart attacks). Today I met a whole bunch of new and old doctors and the last doctor came to see me tonight at 8:30PM. She and I talked, I said I wanted to go home and she agree. I am so happy to be home and ready for my own pillow, bed, hug my dogs and pup.
I have a lot of comments to read, blogs to read and email to catch up with. I am not sure I will ever catch up if I keep spending time in the hospital.
Thank-you to everyone who keeps reading my blog. I Love You!!!!

What a pain! I'm glad they're looking after you and are taking things seriously, though. Glad to hear that you're safe and at home.
Sorry you're going through so many difficult days recently. Glad that you were able to return home though and not be stuck longer in the hospital. Do continue to take care.
Hi again.
you have to take care of yourself.
hugs from Tina
Glad your home. I hope your feeling good and well rested. This all has to be a bit overwhelming for you. I admire your pluck! I think I would just want to curl up and hide under covers.

Sorry you have had further stress. You will be much happier at home. Dogs can provide plenty of healing love too!

Debbi, I have been catching up with reading your blog this morning and I'm sorry to hear of all the problems and tragedies. I'm glad you're home from the hospital. I hope that's all the bad news for a while, at lest. The new puppy is precious.
