My Places and Quilted Heirlooms

Yesterday was a beautiful day to be outside in Chicagoland. I visited two of my favorite places that are very special to me. I wanted to share them with my friend for many weeks. I am not sure my friend enjoyed seeing my places or being part of my past but I was very happy to be able to share it.

My friend wanted to take me somewhere that was a surprise. We went to the Arlington Heights Historical Museum to see a collection of antique quilts. The exhibit is called Quilted Heirlooms.
