I spent this past summer reading books and surfing the web to learn how to dye fabric. I did read Ann Johnston's books and found they had the best directions for me. I am not real good at following directions so in the end I just did what felt good to me. This is what I accomplished.

But wow... that's a really beautiful collection of hand dyed fabric you got there. Could you share what dye powder colors you bought? I've only used the three basic and I'm looking to expand when I get to dye again later this year.
