Weekend Downtown And Pumpkin Farm Photos

On Saturday I went downtown Chicago to met and online friend and her daughter who live in Florida.

On Sunday I went with Hubby and #2 son JB to the pumpkin farm. We have been going since the boys were a few years old. Now that they are older it is still a tradition. JB was so nice to me and allowed me to take his photo by the height sign.
The next photos are displays at the farm and #1 son BB who stayed home to do homework. JB carved all three pumpkins and he had a great time. The last pumpkin he used the dremel to carve only the outer skin and to drill holes for the cats eyes.

The pumpkins...and the boys look great! Doesn't seem much like fall here..though they say after this tropical storm moves away we'll get highs in the low 80's and lows in the upper 60's woohoo!!!

Those carvings are fantastic!! #2 son is quite the artist. Halloween isn't celebrated too much here is Australia so we miss out on all of that fun!
