I was at the hospital at 8am today for blood tests. I walked 1 mile around Twin Lakes in a snow storm, had lunch with my sister and took a long nap in the afternoon. When I was driving home after lunch with my sister I found as I dodged pot holes I could not keep my eyes open and almost fell asleep. I did not wake up until a few minutes ago and 7pm. I took a 4 hour nap and now I will have troubles sleeping tonight. No sewing again today but on Wednesday I do not have to leave the house until 4pm. I am not going to my guild meeting in the morning so I will be able to sleep in because I am going to have long night at my son's NJROTC Annual Military Inspection.
