Don't you just love when you wake up and have the feeling that you are going to have a great day? Today was one of those days. I spent the day with a friend and we just enjoyed being with each other. Life is so much better when you have a friend to share it with.

Thanks so much for your comments on my blog, yes, it's wonderful to have a new grandson. I know I'm going to enjoy being "Nana" to such a lovely boy. Meanwhile, I'll have to start making him a quilt!
So true! Glad you had such a good day. Most of my friends live in other states and I seldom get to spend time with them but when we do get together it's always non-stop talking and lots of fun.
