Happy 17th Birthday Jacob
You are an outstanding son.
You came into this world
fighting for your life and you never gave up.
Today you are a strong, smart and fun loving young man and the best son a Mom could ask for.
I Love You Very Much!

The Twins are 51 Today

Today the twins are 51 years of age. My brother Scott and I are know to family and friends as "The Twins". Scott is a whole 10 minutes older than me. The joke is our Mom needed a cigarette after Scott was born, so I had to wait 10 minutes to be born so Mom could go out and have her smoke. Mom and Dad you both are missed so much!! RIP

How funny!!
I have the same shirt on from our Florida trip.
The twins never dressed alike when we were younger but at
48 years of age we did. This was not planned.
Scott does look good in PINK!

Happy Birthday Scott!!! I love you!!!!

One month ago today I had a fifth heart attack and found out I have three blockages. I had Angioplasty and Stenting on January 17th. My second Angioplasty and Stenting will be later this month. Our Dad had his first heart attack at the age of 32 and died at the age 46. All three of us kids were so happy when we passed Dad's age without having a heart attack. Scott was always worried he would have the heart attack first. Our sister was also worried she also would have one too. I on the other hand never thought I would have one. I knew my 50th year would be a pivotal year and it sure was for a lot of other reasons. All I had left was 30 days until our 51st birthday and boom all hell broke loose. I almost died on January 16th and a month later I feel so much better. I still have a long road to go and I am so very happy to be alive.

H A P P Y 21st B I R T H D A Y
Billy with Dad - One Day Old
Billy was full term but a preemie. I saw him when he was born and then
not until he was five days old. I was also very sick after giving birth and could
not go to the NICU. Billy spent two weeks in the NICU before he was able to come home.

WIP Wednesday 01-17-2007

Today is my husband's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I LOVE YOU!

I made this small quilt to practice machine quilting. I am using my hand dyes and painted fabrics scraps. Once I get the hang of machine quilting I am going to finish my January Journal Quilt. I have finished the hand quilting and now all that is needed is a machine quilting.

Have a Great Day!
