These are three cuts from fabric I dyed a few weeks ago. Today I used paintstiks and rubbing plates to add textures. I have no plans for these at this time.

I over dyed this piece with water downed Setacolor Green Opaque and sun printed with leaves. I like how some of the original colors are show thru the over dyed green color. I will be adding this piece of fabric to my stash for use at a later date.

These turned out so great!
Thanks for stopping by the blog!
Very cool fabrics. Very inspiring.
Oooh... you've got the BEST stash... you'll have fun playing soon, I can't wait to see what these become.
Your whole life is such a process of 'becoming' something new all the time, Debbi. You have so much to experience, so much to always be coping with. But, you are truly 'doing' it, handling it, staying on top of it. To me, your life as a fibre artist is paralleling this process. I see so much growth, so much integration of lots of different techniques you've shown us over time. It is fascinating and I admire you, so much!
Debbi, your hand-dyes are just absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
love the circular rubbing plat you've used. The visual texturing of the hand dyes is enhanced even more with the layer of painting :-)
Your work is just beautiful! You have an amazing eye for color.
I LOVE those fabrics!! Wonderful green leaves.
You have been a busy woman! These look like they will work in so many ways. I bet your head is full of different ideas. Lovely textures and colors!
Always enjoy your dying. Loved the overdyed ones form a few posts ago, Tracey
