Here is the fabrics from yesterday.
I think this is going to be a whole cloth and
just quilted.
Sun printed with leaves. This is going to get cut up for postcards.I am still having trouble with my Internet. I am thinking my wireless router is the problem. I may have to buy an new one. The one I have is 6 years old. I have been using the computer in the den which is very old and slow. I built it 8 years ago and need to rebuild it with new hardward. I have been slowly reading emails and posting and will catchup later to night.
I have joined a new Yahoo Group Called Jewish Quilters - The Kosher Pickles. The first few members met because we are on other groups and wishes each other A Happy New Year. I am truly amazed at what can be done on the world wide web. Everyday I learn something new, see something new and met new people from all around the world.

The world is a very small place. I would never have known the weather in Chicagoland without the internet!
Love the dyed fabric!! I am scheduled to teach a dying class in December here! Brrr... I guess we'll be buying tarps and doing it inside!
I also love your paper pieced quilt. I am so excited that I will be taking a class from Sandra Peterson on paper peicing next month. She is excellent. I have never had much luck with paper peicing- I tend to forget which way I am flipping the fabric! My flowers end up being green and the leaves are purple! Thanks for the visits to my blog!
Lovely fabrics Debbi!!
Bellissime(fantastic)
ciao ciao
You've created a happy fabric rainbow! I love the sun printed leaves. The Kosher Pickles is a cute name for your group, makes me think of Sandra Dallas' novel, The Persian Pickle Club. You're having just too much fun, enjoy the change of seasons and the drier, cooler days!
Lovely fabrics! I keep thinking I'll do some sun printing... You're right, the weather's perfect.
Your sun printed with rocks piece is magnificent. I agree with you - it would be perfect as a whole cloth piece. It has a lovely abstract quality.
Debbie - your dyed fabrics are very cool -- I love, love, love the textures you have created. Would love to see some finished projects utilizing these. Oh, and by the way -- is that a Corgi I see in your chair???
