Bicycle Ride

Sounds and Sights from my bike ride today at Deer Park in Palatine, Illinois The path that I ride is three miles and I did it twice. The temperature in Palatine was in the low 60's. Today was the nicest day of the year and many people were out enjoying the day. After this I finish this post I am going to take it easy. It is to late in the day to take a nap and to early to get in bed for the night so I will have to fight the desire to fall asleep for at least 3 hours. Hum? Wonder if I can do it. I may have to go for a walk and get some energy back.

Frogs saying hi to everyone riding, skating and walking by the pond.

One of many ponds just off the path. With all the snow and rain I was surprise more of the park is not flooded. In some of the shaded areas of the park there are still piles of snow.

You are an amazing woman, Debbi! I can't believe that you do as much as you do. You have such a passion for life and for living. It is obviously why you keep on going through challenges that would flatten someone else! I, for one, am on your side when you talk about wanting to stay out of the hospital unless necessary...they are not only full of germs and sick people but effects of medical treatments now ranks as the #3 cause of death in America. So much for mistakes and staph! You hang in there, go when you need to go, do what you need to do, and get better and better, stronger and stronger...every single day!!!
